Default where and how to replace VSS?

Hi,
I need to replace my VSS,
How I can do that?
If found the location and succeed to open one knob with a long neck
driver....bur second one is very difficult?
It seems like the location is quite difficult to reach....
Any advice? how to do that?
BTW:
it is a Honda accord 97

I believe he's referring to the Vehicle Speed Sensor, aka. VSS.

Why do you need to replace it--is it broken? If you want to replace it
with some product that will allow your car to go faster--I don't advise
it.

For example, if the VSS is designed to keep your car from going over 125
miles per hour and you remove it so that you can travel at 140 miles per
hour--there is a strong possibility that you could damage the engine.

A mechanic could probably tell you some great stories of how much money he
has earned by replacing engines; rebuilding engines or replacing head
gaskets.

Yet another entirely worthless post from Jason. The original poster
probably just wants his speedometer, odometer, cruise control etc. to
work again and to not have the MIL on all the time. Even if the car had
a speed governor, defeating it would not endanger the engine in any way.
Defeating the rev limiter on the other hand could cause problems. The
rev limiter does not use the VSS signal.

You can find the gauge section of the service manual at
http://www.geocities.com/ng_randolph/Accord/vss_01.pdf. This is from the
'94 Accord manual with the last page being from the 96 - 97 supplement.

Do you have manual or automatic transmission?
