Default excessive brake ware on crv

Does anybody have a problem with the brake system on the crv? We have
a 2002 crv with 60000 miles and have put on two sets of brakes. It
looks like the fronts ware out every 30000. This last time the garage
said he has never seen so much rust on a newer cars rotors. We live
in vermont with no traffic and itís a standard.
