You can try looking up the part numbers for the discs on the two vehicles you
have in mind and comparing them at http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/...catdisplay.jsp Under "System/Component" at this site, go to "Front Brake" or "Rear Brake" as appropriate. I did a quick check, speculating on the exact models, and it does not look good. Salvage yards (in your area are a good place to look), like twsfa said. Many salvage yards are online and have very precise search engines for their inventory.
