hey there I have a 1990 accord LX with only 120 km's on it and it will not
pass aircare. It reads high Hydrocarbons on idle and that is the only test that they can do on this car cause it is too low to Dyno it so the only way that I can make it pass is retarding the timing. So i jumped the self diagnosis jumper on pass foot side and the ENGINE LIGHT does not read anything but the S light on the side by the Auto tranny sybols reads codes 1,11,16,17 any hints would be appreciated |

Since it's the cheapest thing you can DIY, it's a good place to start. Running some injector cleaner of gasohol thru it wouldn't hurt either. 'Curly' |
