What you DON'T do is come to an anonymous forum full of yahoos, especially when something like this is in your owner's manual and you should go there first for such information--not come here and expect to be spoon-fed the information.

me... i do plenty of honda work and have still habvent had one problem solved by this group in all it's wisdom........ by the way in my 2000 accord you hold the odeter buttuon while you turn on the key and it resets the trouble light.... What's happened is that this is the first time the light has come on, and he's never bothered to read the manual nor does he bother to crack it open now.
