Hi-hope someone can help me. My driveway is very steep (about 40 degrees)
and in the wet, normal front wheel drive cars (Camry, Accord...) wheel spin
their way up. The approach initially is flat, then steep, then flattens out
into the garage. For the last few years I have had to get my wife Subies
(currently Forester GT) as amongst their qualities, they make it up any
driveway.
DILEMMA- I am interested in a used 2002/2003 Honda Odyssey, but am concerned
about what level of traction I may expect up a wet driveway.

How about a test drive, bringing it to your house and hosing down the
driveway? That should give you a good idea how it would do.
