When I have the headlights on and I come to a stop, right before the car has
completely stopped the dashlights flicker. Same thing happens when I start up
again. Only does it for a few seconds and coming to a stop or resuming speed
from a stop. Is this normal?

Not on my car. Voltage problem??

post your vin number, there is a recall on a handfull of accords for
dashlight problems.
