All :

For about a month my 2002 manual Honda Civic LX has the following
intermittent problem: I turn on the car, the entire dash is dead except
the brake light is on. It stays this way for about 10 minutes, at which
point the maintenance light comes on for a few seconds, then the dash
comes back online and the brake light goes out.

I checked the brake pads and the fluid, and all is fine. Car runs fine
otherwise.

Any thoughts?
