I just purchased a 2000 Accord EX and the driver's side wondow rolled up makes
a little wind noise. Can this be adjusted out?

May be the window seal. Try putting a small (thin) rag at different spots
along the window, close it and see if that makes any difference. If the
noise goes away the seal will have to be replaced. Had a Sentra that this
worked on so why not a Honda?
