What is the correct procedure for filling the coolant on this car?
It will run for a while and then start overheating. Usually when doing stop and go driving. I've tried venting, raising the front end on ramps and draining and filliing. No leaks apparent. Thankls in advance. {~._.~} ( Y ) Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, ()~*~() but by the moments that take our breath away (_)-(_) |

Are you opening the little vent bleeder near the thermostat housing? I
have a piece of plastic hose that fits over the end of the bleeder that I watch till coolant flows without bubbles. Put the other end of the hose in a small container to catch the run off. On this car, I wouldn't be suprised to find a head gasket problem or worse. bob Primetime2628 wrote: > > What is the correct procedure for filling the coolant on this car? > It will run for a while and then start overheating.
