Default window seals on a 2000 accord and mes connector

I was wondering, I find all the window seals (definately front anyways) on
my accord don't seem as tight
as they should be, at approx 80km you can hear more wind noise than you
should. Is this a common problem? Can
I do anything about it?

Does any one know where the MES connector is?
