Remove those and lift the plastic that surrounds the shifter away. The screws that you need to access are located up and behind the cup holders. From there I believe it just slides out with some force. I have a standard trans, so your might be different. The shift boot was the hardest part. There is a hidden screw that I just couldn't see and ended up breaking it out of its hole. No visible damage, just a lot easier to remove now. I just happen to do it a few months ago. |
