I recently inherited my grandmothers 1986 Honda Accord and now the
retractable headlights won't retract. I've checked the fuses under the dash
and hood and their ok.

There is a switch on the dash that keeps them in the up position . See
if the switch is depressed. It is on the left side of the wheel. bob

Actually on this on car it was to the right of the steering wheel. But the
tip work non the less the lights are working as per usual again.
