Anyone have any reviews or opinions about Jim McNatt Honda service on
I-35(Stemmons) in Lewisville TX? I need to service my 91 Accord. Also, I noticed after taking the front wheel off that there is a crimp on the nut that holds the wheel on. (Can provide picture) Is this done at the factory? Thanks-Satellite in Dallas |

There is no longer a Jim McNatt Honda on I-35, the lot is empty. Bankston Honda bought them out, they are located on the east side of I- 35, just north of Hebron parkway/3640 (right past Bennigans.) If you are looking for good service for your Honda, you may want to try Honda House (also called Swedish Auto) in Carrollton. I've used them for the past 8 years or so, they do quality work, usually cheaper than Honda. You can call them at 972-644-6632. |

The crimp is there to prevent the nut from turning. Most manufacturers have gone this route now, instead of using a cotter pin. I usually use an "ice pick" type tool and a light hammer to straighten the crimp before removing the nut.
