Default Kitchen sink slate vs stainless steel.

I am replaceing the kitchen sink and I see at Lowes and the other big box
stores a sink that appears to be made of a plastic, slate or resin of some
type.

I noticed on the display sink that were some chips where it would rest in
the counter top.

Any thoughts on these sinks?

Thanks
Tom

Wow that must be an American option on Hondas. And here I thought I had
everything but that on our Accord.

Let's wait and see what he does with the bathroom. Bidet or toilet paper?

I'd stick with the stainless steel. Seen too much wear on the plastic
ones after as short as 5 years. bob
