I had 93 accord, my clutch oil had once drop to the minimum level and I top
up the oil again.

It happen again after 6 month 15000miles, what was the cause of loosing the
oil

On my 92 Accord, it was the slave cylinder at the clutch. bob

more likely the clutch master cylinder leaking on the floor behind the
drivers side carpet.
