Default Horn on 1998 Accord LX

Folks, last couple of days I have been having electrical problems with
my 1998 Accord LX. First the horn stopped working. Now - a couple of
days later - the power door lock system has stopped working. Also -
Bizarely - I can no longer control the windows on the right front/rear
of the car from the main control on the drivers door. The individual
controls work fine.

Are these problems related? Any ideas on what's causing these
problems?
