It certainly does not supercharge your car. One might speculate that the
device causes turbulence in the intake air and that this would somehow affect performance. Traditionally the goal has been to put LESS restrictions in the intake, not MORE. I'd rather spend my $70 on Cabbage Patch Dolls or Pet Rocks. gino wrote: > > Well, what's the deal here? CON! It is know to open up the intake not put more crap in it and cause more of a restriction to the airflow. Utter waste of money. It will have no effect other than perhaps restricting
your airflow, causing the opposite effect it claims it does. "gino" <barelli32@hotmail.com> wrote in message news:3f8ecdf3$0$8763$cc9e4d1f@news.dial.pipex.com. .. > Well, what's the deal here? I put an AEM Cold Air I bought from hondasolutions.com for cheap and it is awesome. |

Hmmm... Chris, you posted five messages here in the past 24 hours, every
single one of them touting how great hondasolutions.com is - rather suspicious. Well...CAI is good....spiralmax....LOL...spiralmax is a piece of
crap...doens't do anything...just makes a REALLY stupid noise. But 20 hp from a CAI? Wtf...maybe 12-15 and some torque...IF you are lucky, and if you have some other mods on your car like headers and exhaust...otherwise expect more like 8 hp...but it really is a good investment. You don't have to keep replacing the stupid paper filters! and it helps your engine run a bit cooler too.
