Ok... Here it goes...

Reading thru NG I found that this is left (driver side) CV since it
clcikcing on right turns.

Got new CV halfshaft and replaced today. It was a long story:

When taking wheel off I broke one of those bolts and had to take all bearing
assembly out. I had to do some banging to get it out of rust...

Now I don't have any clicking and it drives smooth.

However, on a tight turns under power I hear scratching noise from my left
wheel.

What that could be???

A very common noise maker, after repairs such as you did, is a bent dust
shield on the brakes. It is very thin metal and bends quite easily. Check
and see if it is rubbing on the tire, axle, or some moving part with the
wheel hard over. Fix - usually can be bent out of the way by hand.
