Default 96-00 Civic HX motor swap into a 91 Civic 2WD wagon?

2 questions:

Can a D16Y5 engine (from a 96-00 Civic HX) be put into my 91 Civic 2WD
5-spd wagon? Do the motor mounts match up? What other components am I
going to have to get changed (Fuel injection, ecu, tranny, etc?)

Does anybody know of a good, reasonably priced shop in the Seattle
area (as far south as Tacoma, as far north as Vancouver, BC) that will
do the swap for me?

This car has only 108K miles on it, but the engine has had a head
gasket leak for the last 50K miles. If I keep the original engine, it
is gonna need a bunch of work--timing belt, water pump, alternator,
radiator hoses, head gasket, and the A/C is out--so I thought a swap
would get me a stronger, more fuel efficient motor for about the same
cost. I don't want anything fast or fancy, just a reliable family
hauler with a little more power than it has now.

Engine will bolt right in physically using the wagon's mounts. You will
need to use your existing trans (cable operated clutch vs. hydraulic on Y5
engine.) You'll also need to convert your wiring from the existing OBD-0 to
OBD-2 to run the additional sensors and VTEC and use the HX ECU.

Honestly, this sounds like more trouble than it's worth. I would look for a
D16A6 (Civic Si/CRX Si 88-91) and swap that in. It's 108 hp, gets 30+ mpg
and it's a plug and play affair.
