I'm looking for those center caps that will fit on the stock
91 Accord EX 17" wheels. Where can I buy these new or should
I just look for some used ones somewhere?

They're about $20 ea from http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com though you may
want to call them to make sure that you're getting the right ones for the
17" wheels. However, you might be able to find them for less used.

Well, the stock wheels on a 91 accord EX are 15"
