As common as those cars are, you'd be better off just looking for a stick

> shift. I agree. The cost of the swap - and the mess you will make - is not worth it. Sell the car - go buy one with a stick. You will get more money for the one with automatic transmission because it is more desirable. When you go to sell the "swapped" car - it will have no resale value. Also you will avoid the "down time" of the swap. |

I advise you to trade your 94 civic in on a 95 or 96 civic that has a manual transmission. |
