Just wondering if anyone has acheived this feat. I know a company
called Ultra Start makes remote-starters with keyless entry for Manual Cars. Also for the critics, this system has to be armed with the key removed while the engine is running, the alarm allows for that, keep the engine running and then close the driver door. This will stop the engine and arm the car, thus avoiding problem of forgetting to leave it in nuetral. Just have to put the handbrake on. Let me know if you have done this install and if so, how tough is it ? I am thinking of doing it myself if possible. I am in the Washington DC area. Thanks in advance. |
