Default low idling after throttle cleaning

Hi everyone,

I have a 2001 Accord EX V6 with 121,000 miles. I changed the oil from
Chevron 5W20 to Motorcraft Synthetic Blend 5W20. I did not start the
car after filling the oil. Instead I decided to clean the throttle. I
removed the air intake and disconnected 2 hoses (1 snakes from upper
side to someplace next to throttle - i'm standing in front of the
engine - and the other is on the lower side of the air intake hose a
few inches to the right of the throttle opening).
I used Gumout carburetor cleaner and got the carbon deposits out and
put everything back into place.

Started the car, seemed normal since the car was burning the cleaner
off. However, later on when I had to move my car out of the driveway,
the car kept starting with an RPM at 0.3. Usually it's around 0.6. I
got annoyed after a couple starts like this, so I adjusted the
throttle cable. None of my adjustments would work, as once I got the
RPM to 0.6, a quick shut off and start up got the RPM to various
levels, sometimes as high as 1.4.
I did some spins around the block, and noticed the RPM would not lower
-- let's say I accelerated with a 2 RPM and then let off the
gas....the RPM would only lower to 1.2 or so, even at a stopped
position on D.

Later on, the car would not start, after a dozen cranks. I did not see
any white smoke or any unusual odors.

Does anyone have a clue how I f-ed up my car?
Does using the Honda Genuine Throttle Plate and Induction Cleaner (or
whatever it's called) make a difference, compared with the Gumout
stuff?
Does using synthetic blend oil cause this? (I really doubt it, but I
had to ask anyway)

Any advice is greatly appreciated
Thanks,

jonathan
