Default CRV Tire Presure Sensor

Anyone know how the tire pressure works. Will the sensing device ever need a
battery since it's not connected to a wire? TIA

They each have a battery built in but it's not replaceable. When they
run down you buy new sensors. I believe the batteries are supposed to
last 3 or 4 years.
