Default 1991 Accord EX Sedan Idle engine

Hi
I have a 91 Accord EX Sedan, 148500 miles.
Whenever the car engine is idle, I can see the dash vibrating and making
noise. I had this problem in March and went to the dealer and he said its
the engine mount thats needs to be replaced and so I got it replaced for
$157 at the dealer.
Now again the same problem appears. I don't know what the thing could be.

Also when do I need to change water pump ?

TIA

--
Buddy.

Come on group, please help.
My engine when idle makes the whole car vibrate.
Just trying to understand what could be the reason.
Thanks in advance

Buddy.

See if you can find a mechanic who KNOWS how to drill out the EGR plugs
and clean the passages. He can then tap the drilled places and put in
bolts. Might take care of your roughness. bob

There are a couple of mounts that regularly cause that. One of them is the
front dog-bone style mount... which sounds like the one you are talking
about (because the mount costs about 50 bucks, and the dealer would have
charged labor). The other mount is a computer controlled hydraulic mount
that goes bad sometimes. It is supposed to get soft at idle, and them firm
up above idle.

Thanks Bob and Jafir for your suggestions.
Will get both mounts checked and passages cleaned.

Appreciate your help.
