You might look for a simple adjustment at the brake pedal that the dealer is
clueless about. I know my 1983 tercel wagon is a long way from a 2007 but I had 2 of them and one had crappy brakes. Dealer replaced everything to no avail. Finally called district rep who showed them a simple adjustment around the top of the pedal that fixed it.
