Default PING: Wanted: First hand opinion of Element and newer CR-V

I am a large man with a brace on right leg... want a vehicle I can get
up into when I drive. We love our Accord and I'm considering CR-V or
Element or even Odessey for next car... Anyone have experiences to
share? Thank you!!!

I, too am a large man (6'4"-315 lbs) and have NO ingress or egress problems
with the Eelement whatsoever. If you can get over the weird shape of the
vehicle, you will fall in love with it!

The engine is pretty strong when mated to a manual transmission. I have not
felt in danger while trying to merge into highway traffic and here on I-95
(think Jersey Turnpike) Traffic moves along at 65-75 mph regularly.

Great utilitarian vehicle, awesome sound system, excellent visibility!

Got the optional (which should be standard) side bags? If not,
you're at risk .. . See >> Dangerous too .. . given the last IIHS side
crash tests >> http://www.iihs.org/ Element flunked. . .
