Default CRV, Change my own oil but??

I change my own oil but I noticed that the "Oil Life" indicator did not
change from what it read (20%), the same as it was before the oil was was
changed.. I can't find anything in the Honda Manual about this. Anyone know
what gives? TIA for any input.

I do as the manual says but I can not bring it back to 100% it only gives me
the 20% choice. Thanks for all your inputs. It's a 20o7 model.
