ok i have an 03 Honda Accord and inside where you see the radio/ Air
conditioning controls the lights are out, i tried check most some of
the fuses, but what could be the problem, or name of the Fuse that
controls that setup..

It's a Honda. The bulbs are probably burned out.

There is a Honda Service bulletin, 04-027, and I think now an extended
warranty on this issue. Go to a Honda dealer and ask about it. It's a
common failure - not a fuse, not a bulb.
