| At this point, I'd say it was the ignitor. Do not buy the

Ordinarily I'd agree, but the distributor is BRAND NEW.
Is there anything I could have done on installation to knock out a new igniter?
All I did was pop it in and connect the plugs.

No, that shouldn't have damaged anything since that's what you're supposed to do.
