If it does not go above the half way mark--you have nothing to worry
about. I would take a close look at the water pump while the vehicle is on
idle to make sure it is not leaking. Different type of thermostats may
effect the temp. of the water in the cooling system. If nothing else
works, remove the thermostat and install a new thermostat that was
purchased at a Honda dealership made for your car. I would not trust one
purchased from an Auto parts store since you don't know what temp. they
were set for at the factory.
