I bike a lot and find that uphill and downhill does alternate as one would expect. The wind, however, is always in my face. |

My brother-in-law has an Acura TL, and he struggled to get up hills until he turned off the traction control. You need a little wheelspin to keep the momentum going, and every time the TC detects wheelspin, it will start to cut the engine power or apply the brakes. This is somewhat counterproductive when going up a slippery hill! This isn't an issue with my Audi quattro, even with the TC engaged and all-season tires. ;-) Dan D '07 Ody EX Central NJ USA |
