The old girls needs a new trip odometer. It's read 187 KM for the last 5,000
KM. Is this a difficult job to do? How do I remove the instrument Cluster - there doesn't see to be any screws visible. While I'm at it I will replace the odometer cable from the transmission. The odometer drive gear also could use a replacement - the little tang that the hold down bold grabs is broken. Does the speedometer drive gear assembly have any other purpose (manual transmission carburetor)? It seems awfully large. Thanks Jean |
