Default Paint and stuff

Hi everyone,

I have a white 2002 Accord, with about 8400 miles. Recently I see small
brown spots, rusty kind of color, on the upper edge of my rear bumper, and
along upper edge of the wide metal bar under the doors. I can clean them,
not easy but I can do it. Now this small spots seem to reappear.

Also right next to my fuel door, there is a gray mark that looks like
running paint, but it's not bumpy like paint bubbles. It looks like it's
under the surface.

Anyone with similar experience, or with some insight on this?

Thanks in advance.

I can't comment on the little brown dots since I've never seen that before
but the grey mark near the fuel door sounds like a stain from spilling a bit
of gas from a fill-up. If the gas wasn't wiped up right away, it's possible
that it left a permanent stain on the car. After all, I can't imagine
gasoline because very good for a car's finish if left there for a period of
time. Try using a strong but safe cleaner to see if it wiped off. Also, if
you car is that new, have the dealer check it out. If it's due to a flaw in
workmanship, you may be able to argue to have it repaired under warranttee.

Probably rail dust, buy a clay bar and the lubricant it requires and see if
that doesn't take it off, or stop by a detail shop!

In fact the running "pain paint" spot is more close to the left rear light
edge. I tried to clean it but it just seems like it's few layers under the
surface.
Also I looked more careful, and I can see more of these small brown spots.
Like I said, I did cleaned this posts already and they still come back. I
don't have any railroads around me, and probably you can tell by the
mileage, this car it's not driven very much.
