My mother just got a new Accord EX and was very disappointed to find out
that her, beloved and much relied upon, HomeLink is not in the 4 cylinder
car. It seems that it is only on the V6 models.

Is there any way I could possibly get one used from a V6 model and put it in
there ?

Any idea on where to look for this part ?

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

In previous generations, that's exactly how it works.

You can order the part from your dealer and screw it in. It should be
absolutely no big deal. Me, I found one for my 00 Accord on Ebay. If
you have patience, you can find a decent deal there.
