For the past 50,000 miles or so I've used one quart of Mobil-1 with
each oil change. It's cheaper than going all synthetic and I've read that you receive many of the benefits of a synthetic change. I use a 10-30 in summer in my Integra w/130,000 and a 5-30 in winter. With my 2001 Accord and 2002 Civic I stick with 5-30 year round (even though the OM says to use a 5-20). I certainly always use 5W-30 in the colder months. > > > > Thanks! > > |
