am buying a 2002-2003 Accord. have been offered one with silver paint, but
I seem to recall a caveat about not buying silver or red cars, as the paint
doesn't last. I keep my cars forever...first choice is white, but if
another color is much cheaper???

Sounds like you'd be ASKING for trouble, considering the current

thank you very much. I am trying to buy white, but have been offered that
silver car...I think I will get a 2003 white LX w/ the side air bags, auto
trans, AC and many features standard that used to be options...

I do so love my White '92 Accord LX two door 5 speed with the blue
interior. Bought it new, and it's got 215,000 miles on it now. bob
