Default what happens when you use cheapo brake shoes

<http://www.flickr.com/photos/38636024@N00/8550606114>

so this is what happens when cheapo rear brake shoes wear away the
inside of your brake drum - they become "lipped" which prevents drum
removal, thus necessitating the use of more, um, "assertive" disassembly
techniques to avoid damaging other internal components...

in this case, the use of a cutting wheel not only removed the drum, but
helped illustrate the wear profile too.

anyway, don't use the $20 brake shoes folks - cough up the $40 for
genuine honda and fine yourself able to actually re-use a brake drum for
300k+ miles.
