Default CR-V 1997 n/s front passenger door lock

Can anybody shed any light as to why i can`t open the n/s front
passenger door from the inside, sometimes the rear one won`t open
either. Also the electric windows are very slow to close and seem to
struggle, is it time for a new one?!!
