Default Regular Tire in spare tire well 07 CRV

On page 302 of the owners manual it shows 2 spacers for securing the spare
tire in the tire well. One says for spare tire and the other says for
regular tire. To me this means that a full size tire will fit in the wheel
well.

Any comments?

It's true, BUT...

One setting is for the space-saver spare turned one way, and the regular
tire turned the other way. The regular tire will stick up higher than the
spare.
