can i take off wheel covers from a 94 civic ex 4dr without taking off
the lug nuts? i don't want to try and break the wheel covers or
anything. just need someone to confirm.

yes you have to take lugnuts off to remove the wheel covers I also have A94
CIVIC EX and have removed them before.
