Default Any danger in putting 195 65 15s on a 99civic that has now 185 65 14s?

Any thoughts about what would be lost and gained? I believe the
diameter of wheel and tire would increase by about 1.5 inches.

Your speedometer will be inaccurate.
For a given RPM,your car will be travelling faster than the speedo
indicates.
