The passenger side vent rattles even on relatively smooth roads. I know that
it's probably still covered under warranty, but I don't have a lot of confidence in the dealership. I would rather fix/replace it myself if possible. My question is, can you pop that sucker out of the dash without damaging anything, and do you need special tools to do it? And last but not least, is there a reputable site to order genuine Honda replacement parts from? Thank you fellow Honda owners! John |

Have you looked underneath the dash for a loose wire or connector?

You can tell it's a plastic rattle coming from the vent fins. If you drive
and somebody holds it just right, it doesn't rattle.
