I have v-rated Bridgestone Potenzas on my Prelude. One of them has a
slow to medium leak. My common-sense says that a patched tire will not have the same characteristics as an un-patched one. (ie it won't be as safe to drive around like a high-speed maniac). New tire x 2 = expensive 1 patched tire = cheap Opinions? Thanks, Rob |

If the tire is properly balanced after patching, the normal driver would never know the difference between a patched tire and a new tire, as far as driving on the tire. This is providing that the tire is not used for racing or drifting, for either of these purposes, the recommendation is a brand new tire or set of tires. tire fiting waz my job fore a long time
and i patched like 10 tires a day most leaks occure where the tyre touches the wheel you just break the seal apply sum loob and pump it back up if you have a punkture and if the hole is not to big you buff the inside of the tire and put the patch on. i never recived a flat tire that i had patched ![]() |
