93 honda civic dx

I have a 93 honda civic dx. I changed the head gasket, and timing
belt. Now my car will not start. I checked the distributor cap, but
there is no fire coming out of the cap. I replaced the cap, but still
no fire. I took off the cap and tested the coil , and I get fire. It
is just not coming out of the cap to the wires, I am in need of some
information. Can anyone help?
