Default 1991 Honda Accord S light Stays on

I have also had problems with the "S light" .What I fiqured out is
that when you start your car the S light will turn on for a fraction
of a second, you should also hear a click noise coming from your shift
stick (This is where you Put your car into drive). If this is not the
case your (what I call the shifter relay is sticking. The shifter
relay is on the right side of your shifter. When you press your break
while in park you should see and hear it flick. On my car which is a
1991 honda accord had the same problem. I found that the previous
owners spilled coffie, it had probly got into that shifter relay. this
part looks easy to remove and replace. Good luck!
