I'm considering replacing my headlight bulbs with the new high power white
or blue bulbs (Xenon I believe). Now I know that on my 2001 Accord, they sell them in the 9005/6 bulbs that will fit but my concern is that it will damage the wiring harness from excess current draw and potentially burn up the harness. Any feedback or advice on this from someone with experience (or for that matter if it's even worth making the change)? jk |

Xenon bulbs don't usually draw extra power.
They are just more efficient "Jack" <johnnyk15090@hotmail.com> wrote in message news:3fa92500$1_2@news.nauticom.net... > I'm considering replacing my headlight bulbs with the new high power white > or blue bulbs (Xenon I believe). If you are doing lots of country night driving... go for it. Xenon don't
draw any more power than standard. If you just like the 'blue' color, forget it, they should be banned for city driving... blindingly bright buggers. Very annoying.
