hello

i have a 92 civic si and would like to know if the 2 fans at the front of
the bay should move when the engine is on or when the car is moving??

One of them should come on occasionally when the engine is running and it
gets hot, whether the car is moving or not. Both should come on whenever
the AC is on. On some cars the fan(s) can continue running after the engine
is turned off if it is too hot. I don't know if the '92 Civic has that
feature.
