Default d15b8 swap for 16 valve head

I just bought a 93 civic cx hatch with the slow d15b8 head and I wonder how easy or difficult it is to trade the head for the16 valve b7 head. Any new electronic controllers needed, etc? thanks

That sounds like a lot of work, it maybe easier to get a second hand engine.
